The Township of Larder Lake is looking for a Chalet Attendant for the 2023-2024 season who will be responsible for the daily management of the chalet, creating a welcoming, positive experience for all members and visitors.
Ski Hill Hours: Friday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Business hours are modified and/or extended for various holidays (Christmas break, March Break, Family Day, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell daily passes and memberships.
- Sell concession items (pop, chips, chocolate bars, etc.)
- Responsible for any cleaning requirements, as they may arise, and the general tidiness of the chalet during operating hours.
- Maintain and/or clean the washrooms as the need arises during operating hours (i.e., restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap)
- Regular snow removal and sanding/salting, when necessary, for the stairs, front entrance, and porch/deck.
- Balance cash and keep records of financial transactions made at the chalet.
- Additional duties as determined by management.
Salary: $16.55 per hour
