Council Meetings

Regular Council meetings are open to the public and held at 7:00 p.m. at the Larder Lake Municipal Complex in Council Chambers.

Regular Council Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

Should you have questions / concern about a topic on the agenda please contact the Clerk and advise them that you wish to speak on the subject at the current meeting or at the subsequent meeting. At the Mayor or Clerk’s discretion you will be added to the delegation section of the agenda and will be able to speak on the subject.

All other comments, questions or complaints should be filed in writing with the Clerk via: info@larderlake.ca

Leaving your contact information is recommended so the Clerk can communicate with you on updates and outcomes. If staff cannot resolve the concern, or if you are unsatisfied with the response given, please advise the Mayor or Clerk and it will be added to the following council agenda.

The Head of Council may, at any time, summon a Special Meeting by providing a Notice of the Meeting through the clerk to Members twenty-four (24) hours before the Meeting.

An Emergency Meeting may be called by the Head of Council and/or the Clerk, without written notice to deal with an Urgent Matter.
